I have been subscribed to MAKE before they had a magazine, and went to the first maker's faire (3 years now). This year their wasn't the spirit t of the years before. My biggest complaint was that it actually seemed smaller t hen the years prior (the only thing that grew was the maker's store..big shock t here). It was my first time going, and I did think it was cool. I just was sad that I didn't get to see the two things I wanted to: fighting robots (too crowded) and the baby dinosaur you pet and it loved you back (too late). I am also over it.
