					<description>You know, from reading the formatting on that list, I suspect that it's not that Petaluma and Santa Rosa were "tied", but that the ranking is for some size of metropolitan areas and Santa Rosa and Petaluma are treated as one entity for this.  You should probably consider Cotati, Rohnert Park and Sebastopol to be covered by that entry.

Also: Petaluma totally sucks at being green on one of my key criteria: it's nearly impossible to bicycle into, at least from the north.  (or to bicycle out of, heading north)</description>
