My oldest friend, Jenny, toured my mom's next-door neighbor's house today. It's on the market after the elderly owner died, and because she was a pack-rat, it's in really bad shape-- in a very pricey area. I have been day-dreaming about remodeling that house and landscaping its back yard since I was 8 or 9. If Jenny and her husband buy it, I will be able to participate in the reclamation efforts. It won't be the same as if it was my house, but it will still be fun. :) Your garden options make me both hungry and jealous.
