I keep journals. The diary, which is for talking about life happenings. The poetry journal, which is where I write most of the poetry. The booklog, where I write notes on the books I've read. The two blogs, LoveSettlement, which is for miscellaneous writings, and Dare I Read, which was imagined as a way to use all that material in my booklog but has turned out to be something different, tho still mainly about books. If I think about it that sounds like a lot. But I'm not a slave to any of it.

My diary & poetry & booklog used to share a book. Gradually they broke away from each other.
