					<description>I was at one of my favorite kitchen stores this weekend and the employee helping us with the food processors has been cooking for a long time. I was telling him I wanted to food processor primarily for dressing, sauces, cream soups, and gazpacho. He uses a food grinder to make his gazpacho and he says it turns out better than with the food processor. A new application for your grinder! 

By the way, if you need a food processor for soups and sauces, 9 cup is your minimum as air gets into the food causing it to expand and require more room in the bowl.</description>
