Your trusty and reliable friend comes over and waters your garden and pets your neurotic cat.
You come back, scamper out to your garden, and discover that your zucchini have grown to the size of a man’s forearm.
Ummm … yeah …
I guess I will be needing my mom’s zucchini pie recipe after all.

Wow you can see those zucchini from space! OMG what did you do to your backward, do you have a meteor buried in the big hill out back or something? Those are prodigious!
We have a good recipe for skillet tossed linguini primavera that would match up with those suckas!
1 tbsp of garlic infused olive oil
1 cup of zucchini, wedged small
1 cup red bell pepper
1/2 cup scallions / green onions
pepper and salt to taste
2 servings linguini
shredded parmesan
at the same time:
- boil servings of linguini to al dente firmness
- sautee vegetables over high heat to sear flavor and cook until slightly browned
add pasta, reduce heat and toss together until pasta is softer, but veggies are still firm
plate and sprinkle parmesan cheese over the top
enjoy with wine and sparkling conversation.

WOW! If you need some help making and/or eating zucchini muffins with those bad boys, I will be in P-Town for a few minutes tomorrow. (And by minutes, I mean hours.) Yum!

Wow! Those are some squash! My pattypan and crookneck plants haven’t even flowered yet. If you need help getting rid of some of those green lovelies, feel free to drop a few off with me. Mmmmm…zucchini bread.
